104-Key Courtyard at Longview North Expands Holdings

281 Lodging Group expanded its East Texas holdings by opening the 104-room, four-story Courtyard at Longview North in Longview, TX. An official grand opening will take place in late April or early May 2018 for the asset at 1125 E. Hawkins Pkwy.

The Marriott-branded property is the East Texas hospitality owner and manager’s first. 281 Lodging Group already owns a Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites and La Quinta Inn & Suites in Longview, a Staybridge Suites and Comfort Suites in Tyler, a Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville and Holiday Inn Express in Kilgore, according to its website.

Construction at the Courtyard at Longview North began in early 2017, at a cost of approximately $4.5 million. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, breakfast-and-dinner bistro with a full bar, a gym, business center, 24-hour Starbucks and a small banquet room.
