103-Unit Queens Apartment Portfolio Sold for $15M 

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a 103-unit apartment portfolio in Queens. The portfolio was sold for $14.5 million. The name of the buyer and seller weren’t disclosed.  

Located at 95-05 35th Ave in Jackson Heights, the portfolio is near the 7 Train on Junction Boulevard, Citi Field, Laguardia Airport and the 37th Ave retail corridor.   

The sale was facilitated by Shaun Riney, Seth Glasser, Sean Fopeano, and Louis Zarif from Marcus & Millichap’s New York City office. The buyer was represented by the Marcus & Millichap team as well.
