SilverPoint Senior Living and Journey Capital are planning to develop a nine acre assisted living and memory care facility in Haslet, near Alliance Airport. The 100,000 square foot community will offer a clubhouse, walking trails, a dog park, golf cart pickup and delivery services.

The community will be the fifth collaboration between SilverPoint and Journey. Journey’s Anand Patel offers a preview of what to expect, “Edition of Fort Worth will offer deluxe amenities and the maintenance-free lifestyle that today’s active seniors demand. This is a testament to our ongoing commitment to continuing the serve seniors in Tarrant County.” The two companies joined forces on another property in Saginaw, which is under construction.

Edition of Fort Worth will break ground later this year.
