$100M Boston Office Complex Breaks Ground

The Chiofaro Company is investing $100 million to reinvent International Place, an office complex in Boston.

The 1.8 million-square-foot complex includes two cylindrical towers and has been a prominent part of the city’s skyline. The renovation project aims to create a progressive workplace environment by leveraging the building’s unique assets and introducing modern amenities and services for tenants and the surrounding community.

Some key components of the project include IP Commons, a central gathering space with a glass ceiling, a new 8,000-square-foot restaurant with direct access to the Rose Kennedy Greenway, The Aries Club, an exclusive tenant amenity center with flexible spaces and outdoor terraces, reconfigured retail spaces, and improved primary entrances with enhanced lighting and seating.
