Boca Paddle

100K-SF Pickleball Venture Planned in Boca Raton

Boca Paddle by CityPickle will open in Boca Raton in early 2026. The opening will be a collaboration between developer Butters Construction and CityPickle, a pickleball brand and operator.

Boca Paddle by CityPickle will be a 100,000-square-foot racquet sports and lifestyle destination and Boca Raton’s first climate-controlled indoor pickleball and padel facility. The facility is at the Southeast Corner of Jeffrey Street and SW 2nd Avenue.

The facility will offer 19 pickle ball courts and six padel courts. Other details include:

  • 14 indoor pickleball courts (19 total pickleball courts) 
  • 2 outdoor padel courts (6 total padel courts) 
  • Locker rooms and warm-up zones
  • Saunas and cold plunge pools
  • On-site full-service restaurant and bar operated by Farmer’s Table
  • Pro shop and workspace lounge
  • Stadium court, private event spaces, and professional-grade acoustics
