100K SF Leasing Activity at Ratkovich’s Miracle Mile Building

The Ratkovich Company signed six leases at 5900 Wilshire in Los Angeles, totaling nearly 100,000 square feet. The deals maintain the 31-story office tower’s occupancy at more than 90%, a level it has achieved for more than two years.

The largest leases involve a five-year renewal and extension of Edelman’s 10-year partnership encompassing 30,584 square feet. Top talent agency Buchwald took the entire 14,906 square-foot penthouse floor in a 10-year lease.

Edelman was represented by CBRE’s Brad Chelf and Todd Lipman, while Buchwald was represented by NKF’s Ryan Harding and David Kluth.

“The outstanding level of renewals and expansions is a strong indicator that 5900 Wilshire is a highly-desirable building in a sought-after location,” says CBRE’s Jeff Pion, who handles leasing for the building.

Other deals include:
– Phenomenon expanded by 6,622 square feet to a total of 21,914 square feet
– Creative Circle expanded by 3,300 square feet to 17,643 square feet
– Jess S. Morgan & Company, Inc., renewed for 6,270 square feet
– Western Standard renewed for 2,913 square feet
