Brazos Oaks Bryan/College Station

1,000 Rental Units Slated for Bryan/College Station

Teeple Partners has begun construction on its newest apartment development on Jones Rd. Brazos Oaks will be situated along the “Innovation Corridor” in the Bryan/College Station market midway between Texas A&M’s RELLIS research campus and Texas A&M’s Medical School and Health Science Center. Brazos Oaks is the first phase of a planned three-phase multifamily development situated on 53+ acres that will total approximately 1,000 units. 

Brazos Oaks will add 315 market-rate apartment homes, with one, two and three-bedroom units available. Buildings will range from three to four stories. Parking options include reserved garages and carports with electrical vehicle charging stations. 

Anticipated delivery of all units is June 2026. Common area features include a swimming pool, fitness facility, conference room, great room lounge, mini-offices/focus rooms, package locker system, two pickleball courts, bocce ball court, and two dog parks for small and large dogs. The community was designed by RVK Architecture. Construction is being handled by Interwest Construction. Construction and permanent financing is being provided by Mason Joseph Company.
