100 Units to Go North in Denver
Corum Real Estate paid $6.2 million for a site at 2690 18th St. in Denver. The locally based developer will demolish the building currently on the property, then break ground on a 100-unit, as yet unnamed, apartment community.
The $34-million project is smaller than other apartment buildings being built in the metro right now, as Corum is interested in blending in with the popular Highlands neighborhood.
The development, which is scheduled for a mid-2018 completion date, will include studios, one, and two-bedroom units. Studio PBA is the architect for the property, and Shaw Construction the general contractor.
Corum has been busy in the Denver area. The company is developing a spec office in the Denver Tech Center, and just completed Central 62, an industrial project in Adams County, CO.
