10 World Trade Receives First East Coast Double Platinum WiredScore Certification

10 World Trade, an office development in Boston’s Seaport district, has received the East Coast’s first Double Platinum WiredScore and SmartScore Certification and SmartScore Certification, a global authority in digital connectivity and sustainability assessment.

This 17-story, 555,250-square-foot Seaport development has already achieved a SITES Pre-Certification and is targeting LEED Gold. The project has more minority and female-owned participation than any other project in Boston, with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Program.

“Receiving the Double Platinum Certification from WiredScore is a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible environment for our tenants,” said John Hynes, vice president of Boston Global Investors. “We understand the vital role that connectivity and sustainability play in today’s dynamic business landscape, and we are proud to have achieved this milestone.”
