10 Federal Acquires Four-Property Atlanta Self-Storage Portfolio

Commercial real estate firm 10 Federal has acquired a four-property EconoStor self-storage portfolio in the submarkets east of Atlanta. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.

The acquisition, along with the firm’s recent acquisition of the American Mini Storage facility in Wilmington, NC, brings the number of self-storage facilities owned and operated by 10 Federal to eight.

The firm plans to deploy its suite of technologies to support unmanned operations at the facilities, which includes the installation of a kiosk rental center, model unit and proprietary overlock system. 10 Federal acquires, renovates and converts self-storage properties to its automated platform.
