$1 Billion Orlando Resort Readies for Opening
The $1 billion Evermore Orlando Resort property northeast of Walt Disney World will open its doors January 1, 2024.
Dallas-based resort developer Dart Interests developed the 1,100-acre luxury vacation project and features a Crystal Lagoon called Evermore Bay.
Evermore’s offerings include:
- 69 five- to 11-bedroom rental homes
- 206 four-bedroom apartments, known as flats
- 41 two- and four-bedroom villas
- The 433-room Conrad Orlando Resort, an upscale hotel concept by Hilton
- The Landing building, which includes guest services, a fitness center, a multivenue food hall and gastropub
- Two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses
- Other amenities include a Peloton studio, more than 150,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space, and Siemens VersiCharge Ultra DC charging stations for electric vehicles.
The Conrad Orlando property within the resort is accepting reservations for Jan. 9 and beyond.
The lagoon — a concept of Miami-based Crystal Lagoons — includes zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, fire pits, an aquatic area, rope swing and other water sports.
