$1.7B Westside Village to Begin Phase I in Early 2026

Larkspur Capital and the Keystone Group are moving quickly on plans to develop the 37-acre site in Fort Worth known as Westside Village. At full completion, the 37-acre mixed use development will include about 880,000 square feet of new office space, 238,000 square feet of retail, 1,785 apartment units, a 175-key hotel and $45 million in infrastructure.

The Dallas Business Journal reports the first phase of the project will include a 100,000-square-foot class AA office building and a 308-unit luxury residential community at the northeast corner of White Settlement Road and University Drive, where the former Fort Worth ISD building is. The office will have ground-floor retail, two restaurant concepts and a private social club connected by a shared underground garage.

HPI’s Fort Worth office, led by former Texas football star Colt McCoy, will lead office leasing for the first-phase building.

Michael Hsu Office of Architecture (MHOA) is leading the design of the office building, with Corgan serving as architect of record. For the residential building, Corgan is serving as full-service architect.
