1.2M-SF Seattle Office Campus Approved

Urban Visions received permit approval from the City of Seattle for S campus, a 1.2-million-square-foot development planned to include office and ground-level retail space. The five-building campus is situated on an expansive nearly seven-acre site located in the south downtown submarket adjoining the historic Pioneer Square and Chinatown neighborhood districts.

The site is directly east of CenturyLink Field, and strategically located at the hub of the region’s Link Light Rail transportation network.

The unique S campus design includes large flexible office floorplates filled with above average natural light, rooftop decks on every building and outdoor terrace spaces on every floor. The developer plans to start construction as early as the first quarter of 2020.

NKF’s Jesse Ottele, Cavan O’Keefe, Daniel Seger and David Marks are representing the developer.
