Orlando Apartments Trade for $58M

Berkadia has arranged the $57.8 million sale of Verso Luxury Apartments, a 250-unit apartment community located southwest of Orlando in Davenport.

Built in 2020, Verso Luxury Apartments is located at 6100 Echelon Way. One-, two- and three-bedroom units at the community feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, wood-style plank flooring, breakfast nooks, NEST thermostats and washer/dryers. Amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool with private cabanas, fitness center, outdoor kitchen with grill area, parcel lockers, spa and a pet park.

Matt Wilcox, Brett Moss and Tyler Swidler of Berkadia’s Orlando office represented the seller, a joint venture between The Garrett Cos. and Phoenix Capital Holdings. In addition, Jason Brown and Austin Katai of Berkadia’s Indianapolis office secured an acquisition loan on behalf of the buyer, a JV between TTI Capital and Viking Cos.
