Industrial Outdoor Ventures Adds Two Team Members

Schaumburg, IL-based Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV), which focuses on outdoor storage facilities, has added two professionals to its team. John Kraft joins as manager of construction & properties, while Nate King joins IOV as acquisitions associate.

Kraft will oversee asset integration, property level capital projects and operations. He most recently served as a project manager with Bulley & Andrews’ Education and Institutional division. Before that, he worked at William A. Randolph & Co., where he led construction and heavy civil projects across the U.S.

A recent Illinois State University graduate, King will be in charge of channel sourcing strategy, acquisition analysis and due diligence.

“We are growing at a rapid pace and our business requires that we have the best team in place,” said CEO Tom Barbera. “We welcome John and Nate to IOV and expect them to hit the ground running as we continue building our U.S. portfolio.”
