The Ratkovich Co. Names Brian Saenger as President/CEO
The Ratkovich Company (TRC) recently named long-time executive Brian Saenger as its next president and chief executive officer, effective earlier this week. Founding CEO Wayne Ratkovich will assume the new position of chairman, where he will serve in an advisory role and step aside from day-to-day management.
Saenger most recently served as The Ratkovich Company’s chief operating officer and general counsel, overseeing operations including development management, property management, and legal and administrative functions. Saenger first joined the company 10 years ago as its vice president of acquisitions, playing a leading role in TRC’s acquisition of The Bloc. Previously, he served for 10 years as outside counsel to the company.
As the firm’s new CEO, Saenger’s top priorities will be overseeing the company’s current major developments including West Harbor and The Alhambra, as well as identifying new opportunities in and outside of the Los Angeles area.
