Zach, raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and a graduate of Texas Christian University, is known for his relationship-driven approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to helping clients grow their business. He is passionate about building long-term partnerships and creating value for organizations operating in an increasingly complex real estate environment. He currently serves as the Director of Business Development in Los Angeles.

After graduating in 2023, Zach moved to Southern California to build a successful career in commercial real estate media and business development at Bisnow, where he advanced into a Business Manager role and was responsible for generating over $1M in revenue. His experience working closely with real estate executives, investors, and service providers gave him a deep understanding of the industry and a strong network across the West Coast market.

Prior to joining Connect, Zach was a Select Real Estate Producer at USI Insurance Services. He advised owners, operators, developers, and investors on capital-efficient insurance and risk management strategies that help protect assets, reduce costs, and support long-term growth.
