CBRE Arranges Sale of Fully Renovated San Diego Business Park

CBRE arranged the $26.5-million sale of 5&52 Business Park, a 71,597-square-foot industrial property located at 5965 and 5975 Santa Fe St.in San Diego. San Diego-based Parallel Capital Partners and Boston-based Long Wharf Capital sold the property to Sukut Real Properties. CBRE’s Hunter Rowe, Matt Carlson, Mike Longo and Matt Pourcho represented the sellers.

“5&52 Business Park offered a compelling opportunity to acquire a fully leased and repositioned coastal industrial asset,” said Rowe, a senior vice president at CBRE. “The transaction reflects how San Diego’s defense industry is evolving. Investors are focused on assets where next-generation defense technology tenants are driving innovation and growth.”

Originally constructed in the 1980s, the property was acquired completely vacant in 2025 and fully renovated with new roofs, skylights, LED lighting, HVAC, modern office buildouts, warehouse upgrades, exterior improvements and electrical and plumbing upgrades. The property was subsequently fully leased to Seasats and Applied Intuition.
