Heisman Headquarters, and Trophies, Coming to 120 Broadway

Silverstein Properties has secured a new office lease with Heisman, keeper of the Heisman Trrophy. The charitable organization will relocate its headquarters to 5,000 square feet on the 13th floor of 120 Broadway in 2027.

As part of a 10-year agreement, Heisman will display two of the famed Heisman Memorial Trophies, awarded annually since 1935 to the most outstanding college football player in the U.S., at Silverstein’s Downtown Manhattan tower. One will be placed on public display in the lobby and the other in The Landmark, the building’s 10th-floor amenity center. Heisman will also rebrand a section of The Landmark as the Heisman Lounge.

“120 Broadway is a celebrated landmark, which makes it the perfect home for the legendary Heisman Trophy,” said Silverstein Properties SVP of leasing, Joe Artusa. “We are pleased to welcome Heisman – an established Downtown organization whose employees will benefit from 120 Broadway’s prime location, expansive amenities and high-end service.”

Silverstein Properties was represented in-house by Artusa, along with Erik Harris of Newmark. Michael Norris of Cushman & Wakefield represented Heisman.
