Lincoln, McCourt Launch 344-Unit Culver City Mixed-Use

Lincoln Property Company and McCourt Partners have broken ground for ElevenOneEleven, a new mixed-use development in Culver City. The groundbreaking occurred three weeks after Lincoln and McCourt announced $133 million in construction financing from Bank OZK.

Set to rise on a vacant parcel, ElevenOneEleven will deliver 344 rental apartments, including 52 affordable units, along with 2,000 square feet of retail and 17,520 square feet of publicly accessible outdoor space.

“Culver City remains one of the strongest rental markets in Southern California, and this site captures many of the qualities that make the location compelling, including proximity to major employers, necessity serving retail and convenient access to the best West LA lifestyle amenities,” said Stephen Lindgren, SVP and Los Angeles market lead at Lincoln.

ElevenOneEleven marks Lincoln’s third Culver City development and adds to its multifamily pipeline of more than 2,200 residential units underway across Los Angeles County.
