ARCO Breaks Ground on 355K-SF Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Maryland

ARCO Design/Build (ARCO) recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 355,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility for Jamison Door Company and its parent company, BMP Group, in Hagerstown, Maryland.

The project marks the first phase of a planned 58-acre North American manufacturing campus and represents a significant investment in the region’s manufacturing future. The first phase of the campus is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028.

The new production center will provide the capacity, advanced technology, and modern infrastructure needed to bolster growth for Jamison Door Company while adding U.S.-based manufacturing for certain European BMP Group brands.

Construction of the first phase is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2028, with manufacturing operations beginning shortly thereafter. Planning is already underway for a second phase of the campus to accommodate BMP Group’s continued expansion in North America.
