Onni Group Launches Office Leasing at Bellevue Development

Office leasing has begun at Onni Bellevue, a three-tower, mixed-use development currently under construction by Onni Group in Bellevue, Washington.

Rising 600 feet in height and offering up to 800,000 square feet of Class A office space, with the flexibility to accommodate major corporate headquarters, the development will transform the city’s skyline. Occupying approximately four acres at 606 and 620 106th Avenue NE, the development will replace the former Doxa Church and Barnes & Noble properties.

Plans for a luxury hotel, upscale residences, corporate housing and retail will complement the workplace component. Excavation began in July, with delivery targeted for Q4 2030. The master-planned district will sit in the heart of Bellevue’s Skyscraper Core, surrounded by acclaimed restaurants, high-end shopping, hotels, and business services.

Bellevue has emerged as one of the fastest-growing technology hubs on Seattle’s East Side, further fueling demand for premier office space in the submarket. Kidder Mathews‘ Gary Guenther and Jason Bloom serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the office space.
