AI Security Platform Ent Commits to Pembroke’s 100 California

Pembroke said Monday that Ent has joined 100 California St., leasing the San Francisco property’s newly completed 10th-floor spec suite. An AI endpoint security company, Ent committed to the 10,952-square-foot space for 80 months.

Pembroke acquired 100 California in 2014 and has continued investing in the property as the way people use and experience the workplace has evolved. “Creating a great workplace today is about much more than the individual office,” said Stacey Spurr, senior regional director, West Coast at Pembroke. “We take a long-term approach to our properties and continually look for ways to anticipate what our customers want and need. At 100 Cal, that has meant investing in thoughtful design, amenities, service and experiences throughout the building. The 10th-floor suite is a great example of that approach in action.”

The Ent deal brings 100 California to 84% leased. JLL’s Matt Shewey, Ted Davies and Carlyle Parker oversee leasing.
