MacKenzie Management Secures 310K SF in Maryland Assignments
MacKenzie Management Company has secured five new assignments to provide comprehensive property management and maintenance services for approximately 310,000 square feet of commercial office, medical condominium, retail, and warehouse/industrial space across the Maryland region.
The assets are 901 Ostend Street and 1212 65th Street in Baltimore City; 7257 Parkway Drive in Anne Arundel County; 111 Bata Boulevard in Harford County; and 5708 Frederick Avenue in Montgomery County. MacKenzie Management Property Managers Alex Bartlett, Kati Coles, Kevin Kimmel, and Marie Gerwig will oversee all day-to-day activities for these assignments.
With the assignments, MacKenzie Management Company now provides property management services to more than 200 properties totaling approximately 10 million square feet across all asset classes. “We have built a critical mass of assets, which has provided us with increased buying power and the ability to reduce costs, which we pass on to the buildings we manage,” said Jill Harman, President of MacKenzie Management.
