Cushman & Wakefield hired Christina Fish as managing director, Project & Development Services (PDS) New England lead, overseeing the firm’s PDS business across the New England markets. She will focus on expanding the firm’s regional PDS presence, leveraging existing teams to broaden its reach and expertise while strengthening collaboration across Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage and Asset Services businesses.

“Christina brings an exceptional combination of project and development expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep knowledge of the New England market,” said Matthew Nielson, senior managing director of PDS for Cushman & Wakefield in the Northeast. “Her expertise leading complex projects and building high-performing teams, coupled with her familiarity with Cushman & Wakefield’s platform, will be instrumental as we continue to grow our PDS business and expand our capabilities throughout the region.”

Fish returns to Cushman & Wakefield, where she previously held several senior leadership positions from 2018 to 2024. At the firm, she served as PepsiCo Global Account Director. She also served as Project & Development Services East Region Platform Lead, overseeing approximately $4 billion in annual project volume and leading more than 200 project managers.
