CBRE Arranges Sale of Stabilized Sacramento Industrial Park

CBRE recently facilitated the $15.6-million sale of Antelope West Industrial Park, a multi-tenant industrial property at 7307, 7321 and 7337 Roseville Rd. in Sacramento. The firm’s Matt Post, Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo, Rebecca Perlmutter, Todd Sanfilippo, Walter Smythe and Matt Susac represented the seller. The buyer was a private investor.

“Antelope West offered an opportunity to acquire a stabilized small-bay industrial park with a diverse tenant base and immediate access to Interstate 80,” said Post. “The property’s smaller suite sizes, staggered lease expirations and infill Sacramento location were important components of the investment opportunity.”

Spanning 6.1 acres, Antelope West Industrial Park consists of three buildings totaling about 101,944 square feet. The park was built in 1990 and features concrete construction, 22-foot clear heights, 36 grade-level doors and 167 surface parking spaces. It is located near Interstate 80 with access via Antelope Road.
