Dolce & Gabbana Signs Full-Floor Lease for NYC Headquarters
Luxury Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana has signed a long-term, 21,000-square-foot office lease at the Feil Organization’s 551 Fifth Ave. for its New York headquarters, occupying the entire ninth floor. The transaction builds on Feil’s ongoing repositioning strategy and leasing momentum at the Midtown property, which has seen more than 200,000 square feet of new transactions, including the National Women’s Soccer League.
“Our vision for 551 Fifth Ave. has been focused on creating workspaces that appeal to a broad range of leading companies,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at The Feil Organization. “Welcoming Dolce & Gabbana, following the National Women’s Soccer League, reflects how the building continues to evolve and attract a dynamic mix of tenants looking for a premier Midtown location.”
Feil was represented by Wiener, Tim Parlante and Kevin Driscoll. Dolce & Gabbana was represented by Louis D’Avanzo, Owen Koorbusch and John Fitzsimons of Cushman & Wakefield.
