Loyola to Build $120M Ambulatory Care Center in Warrenville

Loyola Medicine announced plans for a new advanced ambulatory care center in Warrenville, Illinois, supported by a $120 million investment by Trinity Health.

The project represents one of the largest outpatient investments in Loyola Medicine’s history and is designed to expand access to specialty and primary care services. Located at 28301 Ferry Road, the new ambulatory care center will offer primary care and more than 30 specialties under one roof. At nearly 100,000 square feet across three stories, the facility will include 60 exam rooms and a broad range of outpatient services.

“Healthcare continues to move closer to where people live and work, and this investment positions Loyola Medicine to meet that demand for decades to come,” said Shawn P. Vincent, president and CEO of Trinity Health’s Illinois/Indiana Region. Pending state and local approval, the project is expected to break ground in early 2027, with the facility projected to open in 2029.
