300K-SF Georgetown Warehouse Hits the Market

Aquila is offering a 298K-SF Georgetown warehouse for sale/leaseback. The listing is for Building 5 in NorthPark 35, a 1.8 million-square-foot master-planned industrial park. The building at 1805 Aviation Drive sits on 19 acres. It was built in 2023. The project was originally developed and owned by Titan Development.  Aquila’s website says 108,467 square feet of the 298K-SF building is still available for leasing.

Aquila says the offer is ideal for an investor seeking in-place income with lease-up upside, or a user ready to occupy after a one-year leaseback. The deadline for offers is November 4th. Closing is December 31.
