Developer Duo Pursuing $600M Dallas Hotel, Residential Project

Developers Jonas Woods and 3-O Real Estate Partners have proposed a $600 million, two-tower project called Ivy Park and The English on a 2.2-acre parcel near McKinney and Webb Avenues along the Katy Trail.

The Dallas Morning News reports the project could have both a 30-story hotel and residential tower and a 20-story residential tower on a 2.2-acre site along McKinney and Webb avenues, a few blocks north of Knox and near the Highland Park border.

The 30-story tower, called Ivy Park, could feature a 97-room boutique hotel and 63 multimillion-dollar condos for purchase. The 20-story building, dubbed The English, would have 90 condos that could be for sale or rent, depending on market demand.

Woods hopes to break ground on the project before the end of 2028. The project still requires city zoning approvals.
