Deloitte Renews Lease in St. Louis as SRC Completes Major Building Upgrades

Stanton Road Capital (SRC) announced the completion of The Outpost, a new amenity center at the Deloitte Building in downtown St. Louis, alongside a lease renewal by longtime tenant Deloitte.

The renewal retains Deloitte in 22,040 square feet at the 12-story office tower located at 100 South 4th Street. The Outpost includes a fully modernized fitness center, a 100-person conference facility, an open-concept lounge available for all tenants, and grab-and-go food and beverage options. The amenity package is part of SRC’s broader repositioning of the 260,000-square-foot property.

Andy Gooliak, John Salsberry, and Aly Brooks with Colliers represented Deloitte in the transaction. Tom Bajardi, Brandon Wappelhorst, and Nick Fiquette with Sansone Group are the exclusive leasing brokers for the Deloitte Building.

“Deloitte’s renewal is a strong validation of both the building and the capital investment we continue to make into this asset,” said Timothy T. Ronan, Jr., Founder and Managing Partner of Stanton Road Capital. Located in the heart of St. Louis’ central business district, the Deloitte Building features efficient 22,000-square-foot floor plates.
