Brown Commercial Group Negotiates 66K-SF Industrial Transaction in Chicago

Brown Commercial Group negotiated a 65,674-square-foot industrial building acquisition in the Chicago market for Digital RED, a growing commercial technology recycling and data security company.

Broker Luke Dummitt represented Digital RED in its move to 1125 Carnegie St. in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The acquisition price was $4.5 million.  The seller was a private investor. “This is an exciting growth story for Digital RED as it continues to expand its business and transitions from leasing space to securing its own building,” said Dummitt.

Dummitt has represented Digital RED for several years, serving as a trusted advisor in aligning the firm with the appropriate real estate to meet its needs throughout its growth trajectory. The firm has nearly quadrupled its industrial space in recent years, moving from a 17,200-square-foot space in Elgin, Illinois, to a 44,172-square-foot space in Bensenville, Illinois, before expanding into this location.
