JV Converting Nashville Bridgestone Plant into 1.5M-SF of Industrial Space

Hamilton Development and Clarion Partners, joint venture partners, acquired the former Bridgestone tire plant in La Vergne, Tennessee, and unveiled plans to redevelop the site into a Class A+ industrial park. The new master-planned industrial park will offer 1.5 million square feet of space across 10 buildings. Demolition of the Bridgestone plant will begin immediately.

Located at 1201 Bridgestone Parkway, the 135-acre site in La Vergne sits in the heart of Nashville’s southeast submarket.

The site features multiple opportunities for flexible build-to-suit or speculative space, with the ability to accommodate tenants from 80,000 to 250,000 square feet. The site plan also features a future retail building on the corner of Waldron Road and Bridgestone Parkway.  Phase One of the project includes construction of Buildings 1-6, collectively totaling more than 760,000 square feet of space, and is set to deliver in Q2 2028.

JLL’s Jeff Feste and Dan McGillicuddy brokered the transaction. Feste, along with JLL’s Christopher Gaw, Kelsey Johnson, and Carly Seaman, will lead leasing for the new site.
