UF Site for New 684-Bed Student Housing Community
908 Group has broken ground on Chapter House UF, a 684-bed, Class A student housing community at 920 SW Depot Ave., adjacent to the University of Florida campus. The project is being developed in partnership with Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC), with construction financing from Pacific Life.
Chapter House UF marks 908 Group’s fifth joint venture with BCDC, and its fourth construction loan with Pacific Life.
The project will include 219 units totaling 684 beds, more than 9,000 square feet of amenity space and a structured parking garage. Completion will occur summer prior to the Fall 2028 academic year.
ARCO/Murray is serving as general contractor, Humphreys & Partners Architects is the architect .
With more than 57,000 students enrolled at UF and record-high application demand, the market continues to attract long-term institutional investment.
