Walton Global Sells 110 Residential Lots in Virginia to D.R. Horton

Walton Global announced the sale of approximately 48 acres comprising 110 residential lots in the Ladysmith Village master-planned community located in Ruther Glen, Virginia, to land developer S7 Real Estate, who plans to sell finished lots to D.R. Horton.

The transaction marks the second successful land sale within the community, continuing the vision for a neighborhood project in one of Virginia’s fastest-growing residential corridors. The property includes 110 finished residential lots that D.R. Horton plans to develop into single-family homes.

“As growth continues along the Richmond-to-Washington corridor, we’re proud to work with trusted builders to help deliver new housing in a market where demand remains strong,” said Michael Slavotinek, Executive Vice President of Real Estate at Walton Global.

This transaction follows Walton Global’s initial sale of 152 residential lots within Ladysmith Village, further advancing the buildout of the 605-acre master-planned community and reinforcing the area’s continued residential momentum.
