310 W. Huron Apartment Development in Chicago Tops Out

Cross Street and real estate development firms ZSD Corp. and Third Coast Real Estate recently topped off on 310 West, a nine-story boutique apartment community under construction at 310 W. Huron St. in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.

Built by ZSD, the 149-unit development is expected to start pre-leasing in early 2027 and first move-ins beginning later that spring. Cross Street, ZSD and Third Coast have released new renderings showcasing the building’s architecture, residences and amenity spaces. 310 West will feature a mix of studio, convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom rental apartments, including 11 two-story duplex residences with private patios. The development, which replaces a surface parking lot, will also include approximately 3,800 square feet of first-floor retail space.

Designed by Pappageorge Haymes Partners and managed by Cagan Management Group, 310 West offers convenient access to River North’s restaurants, nightlife, retail and entertainment venues. 310 West is also within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile, Chicago River, Montgomery Ward Park and the neighborhood’s gallery district.
