NAI Hiffman Secures MOB Lease in Northwest Suburban Chicago

NAI Hiffman represented Location Finders International (LFI) in an 8,105-square-foot lease with True Health at 1450 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

The new location in the 64,860-square-foot medical office building allows the concierge healthcare provider to serve individuals, families and organizations throughout Long Grove, Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, Vernon Hills and neighboring communities. It is True Health’s second location. The company’s first location in Deerfield opened in 2025 and serves the north suburbs.

NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Jason Wurtz and Associate Broker Sarah Walker represented LFI in the transaction. The property features updated common areas, signage along Busch Parkway and convenient access to Endeavor Health Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights and Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

Since acquiring the building in 2024, LFI has completed more than 20,000 square feet of improvements, including upgrades to common areas. The property offers second-generation and build-to-suit medical office spaces, signage opportunities and abundant surface parking.
