JLL Secures Refinancing for AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront
JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has arranged refinancing for the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront, a 150-key, seven-story upscale hotel located at 333 W. Columbia Way in Vancouver, Washington.
JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Vesta Hospitality, to secure a three-year loan with two one-year extension options.
Opened in June 2022, the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront was developed by Vesta Hospitality and was the first completed project within the Port of Vancouver USA’s Terminal 1 waterfront redevelopment. The hotel is positioned along the Columbia River waterfront within a Qualified Opportunity Zone and operates on a ground lease with the Port.
The Marriott-branded property features 150 guestrooms, 11,720 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor amenity deck, structured parking, a fitness center, spa and wellness facilities and a restaurant. The asset is self-managed by Vesta Hospitality, a Vancouver-based hotel owner, developer and operator. The JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group team was led by Managing Director Adrienne Andrews and Analyst Jessica Mehra.
