Stag Acquires 652K-SF El Paso Warehouse
STAG Industrial purchased 9600 San Amaerican Drive, a 652,090-square-foot warehouse in El Paso. BH Properties was the seller.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Carpenter, Jud Clements, Robby Rieke, Emily Brandt and Trevor Berry represented BH Properties in the transaction.
9600 Pan American Drive is located in the East El Paso industrial submarket, El Paso’s largest. The building benefits from its proximity to Interstate 10 and the Ysleta-Zaragoza International Bridge, the busiest commercial port of entry between El Paso and Mexico.
Built in 1983 and expanded in 1995, the property spans 36.94 acres and is 100% leased to three tenants with a weighted average lease term of approximately 5.5 years. The property also includes approximately 12.5 acres of excess land that can accommodate additional trailer storage or future expansion
