BH Properties Affiliate Acquires 346-Unit Leander Multifamily Project
Haven Housing, the affordable and multifamily housing platform of BH Properties, has acquired The Evergrove at Crystal Village, a 346-unit, Class-A, garden-style apartment community in Leander. LMF Construction was the contractor.
Located at 2090 Raider Way at the corner of 183A and Crystal Falls Parkway, The Evergrove was completed in 2024 and is located within Crystal Village, a master-planned, mixed-use community.
The 15-acre community offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, with private balconies or patios and features a swimming pool with cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center, a co-working clubhouse and resident gathering spaces.
The acquisition adds 346 residences to Haven Housing’s growing Texas portfolio. The Evergrove is approximately 92% occupied as of September 2026.
The firm’s multifamily portfolio now eclipses 4,000 residences. Through a long-term ownership approach, Haven Housing seeks to provide stable, well-maintained housing while creating lasting value for residents and communities.
