Colliers Brokers $18M Sale of 88-Unit Multifamily in Seattle’s Roosevelt Neighborhood

Colliers announced the $17.5 million sale of 6700 Roosevelt, an 88-unit multifamily community directly across from the Roosevelt light rail station in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood.

Coverse Capital Investments acquired the property from 6700 Roosevelt LLC. Sam Wayne, senior vice president, and associates Dylan Luxenberg and Reed Gustavsen of Colliers, represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. “With new construction as expensive as it is to build, investors are looking hard at well-located older assets, and they don’t come much better located than 6700 Roosevelt,” said Wayne.

Built in 1988, 6700 Roosevelt occupies a 0.7-acre corner site at 6700 Roosevelt Way NE. The community offers large studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with private decks. The property is three blocks from Whole Foods and close to Green Lake Park and the neighborhood’s dining and shopping. The Roosevelt light rail station connects to the University of Washington, downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue.
