Life Time Plans Eighth Greater Boston Location in Seaport District

Life Time announced plans to open a new athletic club and social wellness destination at Commonwealth Pier in late 2027. The club will be Life Time’s eighth in the Greater Boston market since debuting in 2015 and its first in the Seaport District.

Located at 200 Seaport Blvd., the approximately 45,000-square-foot venue will overlook Boston Harbor and occupy a prominent location within Commonwealth Pier, an historic waterfront property redeveloped by Pembroke as a mixed-use destination featuring office, retail, hospitality and cultural experiences.

We are thrilled to welcome Life Time to Commonwealth Pier and bring its distinctive approach to health, wellness and community to Boston’s waterfront,” said Kristan McLaughlin, director, customer experience and asset operations, Pembroke. “What is particularly exciting is the opportunity to extend that impact beyond Life Time’s membership through free public fitness programming and broader community partnerships.”

Atlantic Retail’s Peter Considine and Sean Gildea represented Life Time. Graffito’s Dave Downing and Angela VanArsdale represented Pembroke.
