  • Greg Martin and Justin Cope have joined the JLL’s South Florida office brokerage team as Senior Managing Directors, along with Lisa Blumer as Senior Vice President. The established trio came from Avison Young.Together, they have represented a diverse portfolio of office properties across Broward and Palm Beach counties, with experience spanning landlord representation, office leasing, tenant representation and building sales.
  • Berkadia has arranged a $19.165 million loan for Robbins Property Associates’ acquisition of Solera at Avalon Trails, a 74-unit, build-to-rent community in Delray Beach, Florida for residents 55 and older. The purchase marks Robbins’ 22nd acquisition in the Central/South Florida area. 
  • Transwestern’s Southeast Investment Sales team has been retained to sell 6262 Sunset Drive, a 98,999-square-foot, eight-story medical office building in South Miami’s healthcare hub. Transwestern’s John Bell, Kevin Markwordt, CCIM, Von Baker and Jon Kleinberg are leading the marketing efforts on behalf of Ardent .
  • Colliers promoted of Lee Morris to vice chair, industrial services in Central Florida,. Morris joined Colliers in 2015 as executive vice president of industrial services. He has nearly 50 years of real estate experience, including more than 40 years in commercial brokerage.
  • South Florida-based 13th Floor Homes, the homebuilding division of 13th Floor Investments, completed the sale of Solera at Avalon Trails, a 74-villa active-adult rental community in West Delray Beach, to Robbins Property Associates for $29.3 million. Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Investment Sales, led by Still Hunter, brokered the transaction on behalf of 13th Floor Homes.
