Affinius Capital Originates $95M Construction Loan for Oregon State University Student Housing

Affinius Capital has originated a $94.8 million construction loan to finance Zev Corvallis, a 13-story, Class A student housing property in Corvallis, Oregon.

The ground-up development will feature 667 beds and 4,500 square feet of retail. The loan was made to Fields Holdings, led by Eran Fields, an existing partner of Affinius Capital.

Scheduled to deliver in Fall 2028, Zev Corvallis will feature 667 beds across 262 units, including studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations. The site’s strategic location will offer residents seamless access to both downtown Corvallis and the Oregon State University campus.

“What attracted us to Zev Corvallis is the combination of growing enrollment, limited comparable new supply and an exceptional location adjacent to Oregon State,” said Affinius Capital Senior Vice President Tyler Figley. “Fields Holdings has assembled a project that will raise the bar for student housing in Corvallis, and we’re proud to back its development.”
