Athletic Club Joins Tenant Roster at Muss Development’s Flushing Plaza

Muss Development LLC has completed a long-term, 23,000-square-foot retail lease with Gravity Fitness Inc. at the owner/operator’s Flushing Plaza in Flushing, Queens.

Gravity Fitness, a large athletic club combining high-end strength and cardio equipment with personal training and group classes, will occupy a portion of the ground floor at the two-story office and retail complex. Opening is planned for mid-year 2027. The club will also offer a pickleball court, a rock-climbing wall, and golf simulators for virtual rounds and swing practice.

Ross Spitalnick, of Muss Development, represented ownership. Steve Zhu of Compass Commercial represented the tenant.

“Flushing continues to be a thriving community with an eclectic mix of commercial and retail offerings,” said Muss Development president Jason Muss. “The Gravity Fitness lease further signifies that residents are eager for healthy options that get them off their screens and into physical activity.”
