Lee & Associates Brokers 40K-SF Blue Island Truck Terminal Lease

Lee & Associates negotiated a lease transaction for a 40,116-square-foot truck terminal located at 3301 Wireton Road, Units 101 & 105, Blue Island, Illinois.

Sean Austin, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the tenant, Beverly Freight, Inc., a licensed freight carrier. The landlord, Wireton 3301, LLC, was represented by Colin Green of CBRE.

The site spans more than 14 acres and features 10 exterior docks, two drive-in doors, up to 60 trailer stalls and 138 car spots
The property benefits from an ideal location with quick access to I-57 & I-294 with full interchanges at both. Heavy power is available, making the site ideal for light manufacturing, light distribution and truck and auto repair. The property is also in close proximity to retail amenities and is situated 35 minutes from O’Hare International Airport.
