MCB Picks Up 421K-SF Laredo Logistics Facility

MCB Real Estate acquired Pinnacle One, a newly constructed 421,182-square-foot Class A industrial cross-dock facility located at 1401 Nicolas D. Hachar Road in Laredo, Texas. MCB Real Estate partnered with Vinecrest Capital as the Co-GP for the transaction. The project was built by Pure Development in 2024.

The property is fully leased to Source Logistics. Source Logistics operates across 25 national locations and utilizes the Pinnacle One location to service its global clients.

Pinnacle One sits on 25.82 acres. The property features 3,680 square feet of office space, 32-foot ceilings, 109 dock-high doors, four drive-in ramps, 173 trailer parking spaces, and 206 car spaces. It’s positioned just six miles from the World Trade Bridge and 18 miles from the Colombia Bridge.

Laredo is the top trading port in the United States by dollar value, handling $236.2 billion in trade through July 2026.
