Transamerica Pyramid Center Continues 2026 Leasing Momentum

JLL and YODA Group have completed more than 13,000 square feet of new leasing activity across Transamerica Pyramid Center in San Francisco. The transactions include a new lease with a leading New York-based multi-stage VC firm, as well as the renewal by a San Francisco-based law firm, which has renewed and expanded its 7,000 square foot occupancy in Two Transamerica.

“San Francisco’s office market has entered a new phase, with leasing activity accelerating and companies increasingly making longer-term decisions about their workplace needs,” said Chris Roeder, vice chairman at JLL San Francisco. “The strongest demand continues to gravitate toward high-quality buildings in the most vibrant neighborhoods, specifically those that can offer the location, amenities and overall experience companies need to attract talent. Transamerica Pyramid Center is well positioned to capture that demand as the market continues to strengthen.

The latest transactions bring year-to-date leasing activity to nine deals spanning approximately 126,000 square feet. They come as ownership continues to advance new investments throughout the property.
