Mid-America Executes Sale of High Point Centre in Lombard

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group has arranged the sale of High Point Centre, a 240,345-square-foot community center with significant value-add upside in Lombard, Illinois, positioned in the affluent western DuPage County Chicago suburbs along heavily trafficked Roosevelt Road.

Principal Ben Wineman served as the exclusive listing broker on behalf of the seller, a publicly traded REIT. The property was acquired by a private investment group. 

High Point Centre is 68% leased to a complementary mix of national and local tenants, including LA Fitness, Altitude Trampoline Park, Ace Dental, Burger King, Mango Mango Desserts, Sport Clips, Seoul Bites Korean BBQ, Souq Market, and Tropical Smoothie Café. Located at 401-581 E Roosevelt Road, the property was built in 1992 and features three strip plazas. High Point Centre is surrounded by dense residential neighborhoods and is situated in close proximity to Yorktown Center and major expressways.
