Dalfen Puts 800K-SF Austin Logistics Park Up for Sale

Furniture maker Four Hands recently expanded its space requirements at the Airport Logistics Center in Austin to include just over 800,000 square feet across two buildings. The Austin Business Journal reports that the project’s owner, Dalfen Industrial, has put the warehouse facility up for sale now that it’s 100% occupied. The property at 6106 Ross Road was developed by Dalfen in 2024.

A JLL team consisting of Witt Westbrook, Trent Agnew, Rob Ellwood and Kyle Mueller is marketing the property. Four Hands has a 5.1-year weighted-average lease term.

Dalfen says it focuses its investment strategy on last-mile properties in the nation’s top markets, close to consumers and strategically located to meet the growing e-commerce and logistics demand.
